He was just too weak to recover from his recent stress. We love him and will miss him terribly.
Mario Girl has made a tribute wall hanging for us to write down the things we loved about him. He was truly a remarkable cat. He lived through more then a cat should live through. Severe asthma, a huge abscess on his head, numerous cat fights, and anaphilactic shock on many occasions.
We will miss him snuggling with us at night, and meowing at us every time he came home until we said hi. We will miss his face and his calm personality. We will miss his heavy body laying on us and his dead weight when we moved and he refused to get off. We will miss his growling at the fish 'cuz he could never get them. I will miss finding my hair ties in his food.
He was the friendliest cat ever. He always had to get to know anyone that came to visit. He was never afraid of strangers. He would run to the door whenever someone knocked or came in so that he could see them too.

It is always the good pets that are taken before their time. So sorry to hear about Gocku.
Sorry to hear about Gocku. Glad that Mario Girl is doing well.
I will miss Gocku! He always slept on me when I stayed at your house.
Gocku was such a good cat. At least we have the fond memories.
